Resource Therapy

“This is something everyone should try, especially if you have an issue and what you are doing is not working. Each individual person will get something different from the experience as it treats you at all levels: physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally. For me, Marissa’s processing treatments were an amazing and fast way to address my present physical issues and anxieties that are related to past situations and emotions. The methods have a precise way of getting to the core or cause of the problem and resolving it. After years of trying many therapists, I have finally been able to let go and move forward in life.”

Gain a New Perspective

“We are all storytelling and meaning-making machines - finding patterns, reaching conclusions and forming opinions about everyone and everything. These stories usually have archetypes: you are always cheated, oppressed, rejected or others are always villains, ignorant or don’t understand. We can become trapped in our stories about life whether through trauma, learned helplessness or from repetition, feeling unable to break free. Story patterns can become so strong that we see them everywhere, even where they don’t exist. Negative stories damage your relationships, hold you back, stop you from achieving and living a full life”. But, breaking free of patterns is possible, the first step is to simply reach out.
